Charlie Berman joins the Onbrane Board of Directors

London and Paris, 18 February 2026 — Charlie Berman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agora Digital Markets Ltd, has joined the Board of Directors of Onbrane, the France-headquartered technology provider leading the digitalisation of the short-term primary debt market in the EU.

The appointment is in addition to Mr. Berman's ongoing role at Agora, which he founded in 2018 and where he continues as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Berman brings over four decades of experience across global investment banking, capital markets leadership and financial-technology innovation. Over the course of his career he has held senior leadership roles at Salomon Brothers, Citigroup and Barclays, including as Head of Capital Markets, Co-Head of Credit Markets, Head of Global Public Sector and Chairman of Capital Markets. He has worked extensively with sovereign, supranational and public-sector issuers, as well as financial institutions and corporate borrowers across the globe. He played a significant role in the evolution of international bond markets, particularly the development of the Global Bond mechanism that brought together the Yankee and Eurobond markets in the 1990s. Since founding Agora, he has focused on the digitisation and orchestration of institutional capital-markets workflows.

The appointment further strengthens Onbrane's Board as the company continues to expand adoption of its platform and deepen engagement across the European debt-market ecosystem.
